    Connect up to four XF marking heads to one XCOM with this accessory. The Switchbox increases your marking capacity.
    • ONE XCOM - FOUR XF’s
      The Switchbox allows the integrator to connect one XCOM controller to up to four integrable scribing or dot-peen marking heads. While a marking is being made at one place, the part can be offloaded at another. This permits industrial companies with specific processes to continue producing on dead time.
       
    • SIMPLE TO INTEGRATE
      The compact nature of this accessory and its easy connection management simplifies its installation in a multi-marking system work area. In addition, the reduced number of connecting cables, the mechanical coding system and info leds also ease up the integration.
       
    • ECONOMIES OF SCALE
      Simply by reducing the number of XCOM’s required and robotic cables, this accessory reduces the cost for production lines with many marking machines. This is especially the case of applications utilizing industrial jigs (metal assembly/forming/welding).

    This accessory connects one XCOM to 1,2,3 or 4 identical integrable dot-peen or scribing marking machines for sequential markings. 

    The Switchbox also permits the use of command/diagnostic tools built-in the XCOM with every connected marking machine.

    Led lights indicate which marking machine is working, and if the XCOM is correctly connected.

    Coding system to prevent connection mistakes.

    This accessory only works with our integrable pneumatic driven machines: XF510p, XF510r and SV530 series.
